Wedding Timetable

You're engaged... now what? Let us guide you all the way!

As soon as you get engaged

Organise an engagement party Engagement parties make a perfect excuse if you want to show off your ring a little bit more and also an intimate occasion to celebrate with your nearest and dearest- this is a big deal folks, you are about to get married.

Make sure you are on the same page Once you and your other half are ready to start planning a wedding, sit down, have a heart-to-heart convo and picture your ideal wedding day together.

Draw up a budget It is impossible to keep track of all wedding expenses, but setting on a budget would help you a lot with managing 95 percent of the wedding checklist. Be as realistic as possible and calculate your incomings, outgoings, savings (if you have any), and allocate resources accordingly.

The guest list You just have to draw up a rough guest list, as it will direct you towards the venues with approximate capacity. Couples having their heart set on an intimate ceremony for ten to twenty people certainly wouldn't like their guests to rattle around in a big hall, while the ones dreaming of a lavish wedding need an appropriate venue hosting more than 300 guests.
